David started showing rental properties his senior year of college at DePaul University. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, David continued leasing apartments at Chicago's Apartment People. David received his sales license and moved back to Cedar Rapids in the summer of 2008 and transferred all his efforts to Jean Perkins Real Estate.
